At Trend You, customer satisfaction is always our top priority. We strive to provide a premium shopping experience that reflects the quality of our products and our attention to every detail. Each piece is carefully inspected before shipment to ensure it reaches you in perfect condition. However, we understand that exceptional cases may require a return.
Eligible Return Cases:

Receiving a product that is damaged or defective.

Receiving a product that differs from the original item ordered.
Return Conditions:

A return request must be submitted within 3 business days from the date of receipt.

The product must remain unused, with original packaging and all accessories.

Once the product is received and inspected by our team, the refund will be processed to the original payment method within 7–10 business days.
Important Notes:

Customized or engraved products are not eligible for return.

If the error is on Trend You’s side, we will cover all shipping costs.

If the return is requested by the customer for personal reasons, the customer bears the shipping and return fees.
